Types of Personal data

I hold the following types of data: name, email address, information on services bought, received or enquired about and video or photo testimonials.

I don’t store data on ‘sensitive’ information such as race, religion, sexual orientation. However, if you attend one of my events I may temporarily store information on access needs and dietary requirements.

I don’t store any information about your visit to this site other than to analyze and optimize your content and reading experience through the use of cookies.

I do not share personal information with third parties.

Why I hold this data and how I use it: I hold this data because you have, bought a product or service from me /given me your details in exchange for a free product or service / opted in to my mailing list or given me permission to add you to my list. I use this data for staying touch with clients, marketing and research.

 

Where data are stored

I store contact data securely on my notebook, and also via the following reputable and safe companies: MailChimp.

In addition, if you have booked a service with me via my online booking form, these data are processed by 10to8. 10to8 does not process payments directly and instead relies on an integration with the payment platform Stripe. PCI compliance is handled by Stripe, cf. https://stripe.com/docs/security and http://www.visa.com/splisting/searchGrsp.do?companyNameCriteria=stripe.

10to8 adheres to all relevant DPA principles. Data from EU customers is stored in the EEA in Amazon’s secure servers in Ireland. Additional restrictions on the movement of data can be put in place as our system is designed to operate to store data according to various local regulations.

 

Who processes these data I store

I process data as well as my PA who also send out my invoices and therefore has access to names, addresses and emails of my clients. This data is stored securely. No-one else can access the data.

 

Accessing and deleting your data

If you want to see what data I hold on you, as required by law I will provide it to you within one month. If you request deletion or removal of personal data, I will, of course, consider the grounds for the request and take appropriate action.
